Christian: Weekends

What’s up! I’m Christian, originally from New York, but I’ve been kicking it here in ATL for about 20 years. I really made my parents proud when left school, scooped up my GED, and got a job as a body piercer at Psycho Tattoo, one of the biggest studios in Atlanta.

If I look familiar to you it’s most likely because I pierced you, your best friend’s, or an ex lovers genitals (so gross!) My constant need for action, a new direction, and love of music drew me to the wild world of radio.

I dig all things classic- classic cars (drive a ’66 Chevelle), classic rock (hey looky here.. I’m on 100.5), and when I go out I always order a coke (Coca-Classic of course).

If you have a request hit me up. If you got something funny to say, I’d love to hear it.

AC/DC aren’t touring in 2011 – but their singer is.

Brian Johnson has announced a book signing tour to support the US release of his book, "Rockers And Rollers: A Full Throttle Memoir."

Available May 24, the book details Brian’s history - from teenage memories in the backs of beat-up coups to a side career as a racecar driver, Johnson shares his tantalizing life story — a memoir told through his lifelong love affair with cars.

By night, Brian Johnson sings in the biggest rock n’ roll band on the planet; but, by day, AC/DC's frontman drives balls to the wall. Cars and rock 'n' roll — they were made for each other.

When he was a young boy growing up in a working-class English town, Brian developed what would become a lifelong passion for cars, trolling junkyards and even pretending to drive the family car.

At age six, Johnson's father bought him a steering wheel and put a stick through it. "I put it through the headboard of my bed and put four cushions up,” says Brian. “My dad would shake his head. I would drive all over the world. I'd just be sitting there, brrrr! (makes engine sounds). I could hear my father say to my mother 'We're going to have to do something about him.'"

Back then, rock star was not yet a career option, so Johnson would daydream of one day becoming a bus driver. "I wanted to be a bus driver more than anything," he explained. "When I was in school, I used to look out the window and see the big red double-deck buses driving by. It just looked so free. Then you'd hear, 'Johnson, pay attention when you're in school!' 'Oh, sorry, sorry, mate!'"
