So its official, I'm back with the Atlanta Braves for the 2009 season as your “In Game Host.” Which means, I host all the games on the big screen. It’s a fun gig; I get to hang out with the hot Tomahawk Team, I get Braves gear to wear, and in the end, I get paid to watch baseball all summer. However, when the team starts to come apart, and the loss column gets a little more action than it should, that’s when the job can be a little frustrating. One of the most annoying series last season was when the Cubs came to town. Cub’s fans are becoming more like Sox fans of late. They get more cocky and obnoxious with every winning season. Last year, the Bravos were struggling, and Turner Field became Wrigley south. It was about 70/30 Cubs to Braves fans, and it was about 145 degrees. So that’s a bit of a “con” of my gig, but in the end I have to remind myself, that I am indeed, getting paid to watch baseball, and the Braves none the less.
When you come to a game, please say hi. Better yet, yell, “patetong!” its like a secret handshake, I guess.
So I have started taking an all-natural diet supplement called Trim. They always make fun of me for consuming the crappy energy drinks every morning. Which is true. I’m not a coffee fan, so I would drink the cheapest “power surge” drink I could find (FYI – Big Lots is stocked w/ generic energy drinks for under $1). With Trim, it gives me a great little boost, and even more, is helping me to shed some pounds. I need to lose some of this flab. Seriously, as you get older, the weight is tough as hell to lose. I do recommend you give Trim a chance. It’s cheap, and it’s not your typical “diet” pill. I wouldn’t have agreed to talk about the product if it was crap. Their website is http://www.healthEtrim.com/
